Special Projects

Some of our projects go beyond the typical.

This particular project was for the US Navy. The consoles were required to be "Fire Proof" as they would be on board below deck, this meant we needed to construct them with special materials and in a non conventional manner. 

Not only were the console requirements unique so was the location, lucky for us we had the help and cooperation of the ships crew to get the units onto the ship and into the hull.

Installation was a bit different also as the units needed to be seculy bolted to the flooring but isolated from the ships vibration.

Special spacers and isolators had to be custom fabricated.
